My Practice

My practice is ideally located in a peaceful country setting perfect for Reflexology. Using foot, hand, and ear reflexology, or a combination, clients receive a session unique to each visit. Methods that may be used are: Ingham Method™, Father Josef Method (FJM), Flocco Integrating Foot, Hand, Ear Reflexology, Chollar Pain Free Path Method, and/or others.

Certifications and Training

National Certification: American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB).

School Certification: International Institute of Reflexology (IIR) in the Original Ingham Method™.

Additional Training: Graduate of the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA), Arizona.

Opal has over 600 hours of Reflexology training through Continuing Education classes and workshops since 1998.

Community Service

Opal feels her greatest community service is to the nation-wide Reflexology Community. She has served on the RAA Board of Directors since July 2004. She participates in World Reflexology Week and currently teaches an Introduction to Reflexology class in her local community.
